Machinist - Manual & CNC Turning & Milling
Location: : Sheffield,S20 - Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Rate: £ 20.5 K (full-time (per year))
A permanent opportunity within a Sheffield based company manufacturing engine components specialising in metal forming, fabrications and assemblies. Working mornings, afters and nights attracting a basic salary of £20,500 plus excellent shift allowances, 33 days holiday, bonus structure and pension plan.
Manning a combination of machines such as Mandelli, Tosh-Fanuc CNC Vertical Lathes and Vertical Boring, Turning and Profiling Machinery. Products include Aerospace Engine Components in Exotic Materials including Jet Hete, Titanium and High Nickel Alloys.
The perfect applicant will have extensive CNC and Vertical Boring and Milling experience ( or equivalent ) on a large scale. A forward thinking enthusiastic attitude combined with a flexible approach is also required. Having worked within the Aerospace industry and experience of Diametres, Borers and Treppaning will be a distinct advantage.
Shifts are mornings, afters and nights. Salary is £20,500 plus excellent shift allowances. Holidays are 33 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays, a bonus structure and pension plan.
