YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Previous experience of Electrical Engineering in a heavy Industry environment
Previous Man Management Experience
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
A proven track record in fault finding
Excellent communication skills
The ability to identify and prioritise issues
Educated to Degree level in Electrical Engineering
ROLE INFORMATION
Provide and manage a maintenance service to the department, through the efficient use of in house maintenance resources and supplementing this with external specialists and contractors. The role includes aspects of planning, both short and long term, procurement, man management, technical support, analysis and long term resolution of plant failures, cost control and plant developments
