Are you an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant looking to progress to a Team Leader or Senior Consultant position, but feel there are limited opportunities available in your current place of work? Or are you being held back?

Lorien is one of the most established IT recruiters in the market (est. 1977), turnover £145 million. Due to expansion, we are looking to add to our existing contract and permanent teams in our London, Leeds and Manchester office.
Lorien are (ideally) looking for experienced recruitment consultants with an IT Recruitment background to work in our different divisions.

Skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong IT Recruitment background with a proven track record showing success in this field. The successful candidate will be someone who is at Consultant Level looking to that next "step-up" to a team leader or manager. It might be that you feel you are being held back in your current place of work and have not been given the opportunity to progress into such a senior role. As a company we don't want to hold back consultants and therefore promote consultants based on their merits and results. There are plenty of case studies and real life examples of this already at Lorien.
