Rate: £ 28 to £ 32 K (full-time (per year)) + plus benefits

Warehouse Manager
Salary up to £32k pa

Budget Responsibility in m (Yearly) c £1.5m

You will be responsible for the successful management of warehouse productivity levels and maintaining overall warehouse cost efficiency against customer’s targets

Accountabilities include
Planning and monitoring the daily and weekly labour and equipment requirements against predicted volumes, identifying any challenges and reacting accordingly and in line with the budget
Contributing towards the improvement of processes and methods of operating practice on site
Ensuring staff are trained and developed in line with both customer and business requirements
Ensure all H&S policies are adhered to
Facilitate the continuous development and appraisal of the team
Develop KPI Information for ongoing monitoring
Attend management meetings when appropriate
Continually review working practices and improve in conjunction with other Departmental Managers
