Outbound Telesales Advisor - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
We have excellent opportunities for Outbound Telesales Advisor to join our contact centre based in Doxford Park, Sunderland.
Working from our Sunderland based Call Centre you will be expected to deliver a high level of outbound cold calls to residential customers on behalf of our established client base. The Outbound Telesales Advisor will be expected to work to set targets, maximising sales opportunities.
Outbound Telesales Advisors will be required to have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Self motivated and proven experience of meeting targets
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a pressurised environment
- Out-going and enthusiastic
- To be able to close sales
- To be well organised and have good attention to detail
Working hours Mon-Fri 12:00-20:00, with occasional Saturdays - Saturday hours 10:00-14:00
Salary starts on ?7.50 per hour progressing to ?8.00 after a 6 month period.
